Documents to submit during admission Mandatory requirement for all application methods
a) DNI (notarized copy) All methods (except Admisión 30+)
b) High school diploma issued by the school (from first to fifth grade of high school, according to the format issued by the Department of Education, original or notarized copy. Does not require UGEL stamp).
If high school was completed abroad, the transcripts must be validated according to procedure from the Department of Education of Peru.

c) Copy of the first payment voucher All methods
d) Certificate of average grades or upper third in third, fourth and fifth grade of high school, issued by the school(s) of original (download format here to be signed and stamped by the school). Only for the Preferential Selection method
e) International Baccalaureate or equivalent program diploma (original or notarized copy) Only for the International Agreement with Diploma method
f) Affidavit of completion corresponding to the International Baccalaureate or equivalent program (original or notarized copy). Only for the International Agreement without Diploma method

We encourage you to process the required paperwork for your admission as UPC student well in advance according to the admission method o you can fulfill all requirements within schedule.
