Reclassification

Option 1: Financial review

  1. The process starts by registering the online purchase order for the file. The cost of the file is S/. 120
  2. In order to register your purchase order you must click on the following link and enter the password provided to you in the letter sent by the Admissions Office (Form F002PRE)
  3. Payment shall be made at the affiliated financial institutions listed in the application. There is not time extension for the purchase of files. There is no reimbursement of any payments.
  4. After making payment for the file, you will receive Purchase Approval E-mail. This message will be sent to your e-mail address registered at the time of the online folder purchase order.
  5. You must follow the link included in said e-mail and start your assessment process by filling out the web form; on item 3, please download and print the PDF file containing the Socio-economic Survey.
  6. On this form, you will find information regarding the place, date and time for submittal of the documents required.
  7. The process results cannot be appealed and will be applied retroactively on the second or third payment voucher for the semester you are enrolled and will be notified via a written letter delivered to your home by courier.

Option 2: Reclassification based on sibling or parent enrolled

  • Free of charge
  • Applies to:

- Approved applicants who are admitted to UPC as students and have siblings or parents enrolled in an undergraduate or EPE (Working Adults) program

- Approved applicants who are siblings and are admitted simultaneously on the same term.
