  • For seven consecutive years, we have ranked first (#1) in internationalization, according to the Best Peruvian Universities Ranking 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 of the magazine América Economía.
  • Over 7,000 students have had an international experience at UPC.

    There is an International Program for each UPC study program and, depending on the latter and the university the students want to attend, they may have the option to study on-site, online, and / or in a blended learning mode.

Global Education

UPC - The University of Arizona Alliance

  • The University of Arizona (UA) chose the UPC as a strategic ally to jointly offer the possibility of obtaining up to three academic degrees in just five years: bachelor's degree from the UPC, bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and a master's degree from this international university. This program is offered in six schools: Architecture, Communications, Law, Economics, (Industrial and Systems) Engineering, and Business.
  • This alliance is unique in Peru and will allow students to access the highest quality and demanding education without the need to leave their country, thus graduating from a TOP 100 university in the world, according to the CWUR Ranking. Further information here.

NCUK Programs

  • Thanks to our institutional accreditation with WASC, we have been chosen by the Northern Consortium of United Kingdom Universities (NCUK) to provide UPC students with direct access to the British Higher Education System through sixteen (16) universities, some of them Top100 worldwide, such as the University of Manchester, University of Leeds, University of Sheffield, University of Bristol and University of Birmingham.
  • This UPC alliance marks a milestone in the educational sector of our country and the region (South America), opening the door to young Peruvians to one of the best educational systems in the world. Further information here.

Credit Transfer

The UPC offers its students the benefit of obtaining a bachelor's degree from the UPC and, in addition, from a foreign university such as the Florida International University (FIU); the European University of Madrid and the CETT of the University of Barcelona in Spain; The University of Queensland and Torrence University (Australia), University of South Carolina (USA) and Cesar Ritz College (Switzerland), Middelbury Institute of International Studies (USA), among others.


Exchanges, Study Abroad and Short Programs

  • Academic exchanges allow students to study abroad for one or two academic terms, with the option of validating program courses. In this case, the students pay the academic tuition fee of the UPC.   • The experience of learning in another country, getting to know another culture and understanding other social and study dynamics enriches their vision of the different ways in which they can face new challenges, and innovate. It is very important that students face different realities and learn how the world works outside their country, acquiring knowledge that can then be applied to their reality, generating innovative solutions with a global approach.
